Audio files here are provided for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. You may download a tone and set it as a ringtone, notification sound or alarm on a phone you own.
2. What is not permitted
- Redistributing, reselling or re-uploading files to another site, app or service.
- Using audio in videos, advertisements, applications, games or any monetised project without a licence from the rights holder.
- Claiming authorship of any audio obtained here.
- Automated bulk downloading, scraping or any activity that places an unreasonable load on the hosting.
- Attempting to interfere with the site's operation or availability.
3. Intellectual property
Site design, layout, written content and original graphics belong to Instrumental Ringtone. Audio rights remain with their respective owners. Each ringtone page shows a rights status, and the copyright policy explains how those statuses are applied.
4. No warranty
The site and its files are provided as they are. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that every file is free of defects, or that a given tone will work on a given device. Devices, operating systems and browsers vary, and some combinations behave in ways nobody can anticipate.
